MARC NEUFCOURT
FOUNDER AND CEO
Marc D. Neufcourt is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for NeuStrat&PM. He created NeuStrat&PM in 2017 to help companies focus on key strategic objectives and to provide them with the tools needed to execute on critical projects.
Neufcourt holds a master's in mechanical and energy engineering and a master’s in management science, as well as an M.B.A. in business management from The Johns Hopkins University. He also holds several certifications, such as the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP).
Prior to forming NeuStrat&PM, Neufcourt served for eight years as Program Director for AHRI, one of the top-15 trade associations in the country, where he directed the engineering department in charge of product compliance and standard development.
His areas of expertise include engineering, project management, strategic planning, and process improvements. He strongly believes that every company has project management potential waiting to be unleashed for delivery on key strategic objectives.
